Wish Liz Truss could make a Trump-like come back! No mass migration, no Net Zero, no Wokeism, no big government. We need real Conservatism and it could return under her. Reform may not get its act together yet. But we need no more “broad church” from the Conservatives. We need one Right wing party under a strong, patriotic leader.

I fear that, instead, the US left will do to Trump what the UK left did to Liz Truss (and she has expressed trepidation about this also).

"A Biden Conspiracy Theory You Haven’t Heard Yet - Maybe the Dems don't plan to steal the election in 2024. They plan to steal the presidency in 2025."

There seems to be no limit to the evil, foul play by the Left. They cannot see that their behaviour is untruthful, malicious and wrongful because they are so blinded by their fixation on their own supposed virtue. I’m sure you are correct, they will still try to bring Trump down. However, he has more support this time in Congress and his opponents may get themselves into very deep trouble.

Truss implemented the exact opposite of the excellent policies you just mentioned. Come on, Kat, get a grip.

what is important is saving the country...Well done Liz!

Great show Dan. Excellent getting Truss on.

Kier is dangerous because 1) he is out of his depth and 2) he doesn’t understand the consequences of his actions.

He is a disgrace.

Never has he understood the consequences- it was all Labour councils that turned a blind eye to grooming gangs??? - And for Him - Head of CPS? and the BBC re all that is despicable???

When is Liz getting back into politics to become our PM again? She’s the kind of PM we need and I would vote for her

I did !!

And I would do again!!

I don't think so: she mentions there should be a Maga movement here, but dismisses TR and ignores the Patriots movement here. In other words she wants a movement as long as it's middle class - which won't happen. Typical Tory.

Your interview with Liz Truss was utterly spellbinding. She is the only new Margaret Thatcher.

A politician who finally seems to understand what we want. I agreed with everything she said and think it’s imperative something is done about “the blob” or else the unelected minority will always rule the majority.

And that’s why I voted for her!

It’s such a shame that she was brought down before she had any chance of becoming a great PM !

Great show as always. Very vital information is what we want and that is what we get from you and your show. Keep up the great work.

Pity they didn't address

MRNA vaccine deaths and permanent disabilities.

There is a grassroots anti MRNA movement within the U.K and globally. (The U.K branch is headed by Andrew Bridgen and Children's Health Defence U.K.)

Also Truss bemoans the lack of interest in the child rape gangs and in the same breath dismisses

Tommy Robinson out of hand.

Tommy Robinson is the face of the U.K anti -child rape gang grassroots movement.

There is also a grassroots anti green climate scam movement in the U.K.

All these movements could be united under one banner and all are the U.K equivalent of the tea- party grassroots movement in the U.S.

Liz Truss needs to take the blinkers off and see what the grassroots movements in the

U.K have to offer.

Agreed - the ways she dismisses Tommy and completely ignores the Patriots movement is pure class snobbery - she is a typical Tory.

Messages good, messenger bad. Truss had the top job and in her brief period in charge proved herself a woke, not a populist. Like Johnson, she's a complete fraud, who shouldn't be let anywhere near a British populist movement.

If she's had a Road to Damascus moment, the best she can do is to retire from public view and keep silent.

Expand full comment

Thank goodness St Paul didn’t do that. If he hadn’t have acted upon his conversion, we gentiles wouldn’t have heard the word of Christ that changed the world.

Expand full comment

Saint Paul didn't have the top job and he wasn't a fraud. The politest thing I can say about any conservative who still admires Johnson and Truss is that they're too truss-ting (excuse the pun).

The best person to lead a British populist movement would be Paul Embery. However, as it's likely to come from right of the centreground, I'll settle for Nigel Farage.

Dan should have challenged Liz about dismissing Tommy Robinson. She wants a grass roots movement yet doesn't recognise that "Unite the Kingdom" is exactly that movement, started by Tommy Robinson. The problem is that these politicians cannot bring themselves to accept that a working class man has done what they could not do.

IMHO The whole issue of Southport was the UK people waking up to the implications of mass immigration, any sane person could only scratch their head, to wonder why suddenly a young person would wake up one morning and tragically murder innocent children, of course it was a cover up, the other issue was the Harehills riot earlier which was swept under the carpet, did any of them get jail time? Sark maybe they did not post on x. Why does it take an American who has the guts to call out two tier, yes i agree he is the most dangerous man along with cooper, reeves and lammy in the UK, the UK public need to show this shambles of a government can not continue.

Expand full comment

Unbelievable: Truss says there should be a movement in this country similar to MAGA but completely ignores the patriot movement and dismisses TR. Not sure why Dan didn't challenge her on that. It's just class snobbery with people like her. Then she has the cheek to mention the grooming gangs which were first highlighted by Tommy. I would like to see how many people would turn up to hear Lettuce Liz speak! People like her are just snobs.

Exactly she is a typical Johnny- come- lately.
