Make no mistake, the Government is intimidating people. This is what happens under authoritarian regimes. In such states violence is often carried out by proxies with a blind eye turned

In our household, we strongly believe:

NO-ONE SHOULD EVER PLEAD GUILTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IF THEY KNOW AND BELIEVE THEY ARE INNOCENT.

Not even to receive a reduced sentence.

Be truthful to yourself. When you're innocent, you're innocent, so plead innocent.

DO NOT allow anyone to twist your innocence into any kind of guilt. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LIE TO A JUDGE?

LYING IS NOT THE TRUTH

__________________________

When we see or hear of innocent people being told to plead guilty when they are innocent, it's enormously frustrating. Why is advising/telling an innocent person to plead guilty, not in itself illegal??

But it is illegal to say guilty in court when you Know that you are innocent. It is called PERJURY and you can be jailed for that. Ask Jeffrey Archer and Michael Portillo.

What a disgrace this government is, and the world now knows it.

I just don't recognise my own country any more. My Dad who fought in WW2 would be spinning in his grave. My sister in law who lives in NZ can't believe how bad it's got here in a matter of months. The entire country needs a revolution, we need to tell the police, judges, lawyers and government that we are not their slaves, that largely WE pay their wages for them to protect us. I think we need a Winter of Discontent, the last one brought the Labour government down in shame. I'm 100% behind behind Mark Heath, Julie, Daffron and Cameron. God bless you. And especially the late Peter Lynch, may he rest in peace.

Yes Victoria. And add the late Peter Lynch to your list.

Apologies, I have amended my comment to include him. Thank you :)

Seems to me that all the free solicitors were involved in a conspiracy to strongarm the ‘far right’ suspects into pleading guilty.

We need to find a whistleblower to expose the depth of wrongdoing in the legal establishment and get some high powered KC to bring challenge to all these coerced guilty pleas.

There must be a way to get these convictions overturned.

Will it be like that allegedly with Robinson, no lawyer/barrister will handle his higher appeals and the like... Don't want to be shunned at the club and at their nice bar dinners (or risk losing a future Knighthood or other bauble)?

It should be on the to do list for an incoming Reform government.

Wow what a brave man! Well done for standing up for the truth. What has happened to our country?

Brilliantly spoken! He is an intelligent & brave man. As a Brit livng in Oz, I’m shocked & appalled at all that’s happening in UK. I thought it was bad before when the Tories were the government, but since Stalinmer became PM, it is horrific & truly dystopian now. I’m heartbroken for you all, & pray it doesn’t get as bad here. 🇬🇧🇦🇺

Interesting that there are no "far left" political priprisoners. Only "far right".

If the people being locked up were “far left” there would be protestors marching on the streets every day! They’re better organised than the us on the right (we are not far or hard right but that’s how they label us) but we are silenced whereas the left won’t allow it and the right won’t try to do it to them. We are reliant on people like Elon Musk to liberate us. And you Dan. Thank you.

Well the invisible army, including that which meets seemingly with Met Plod approval every Saturday, buoyed up after a Friday meeting with the boys y'know (women use the side entrance, if allowed...) won't accept that, would they. Which is why the supine government (any really) won't rock the boat, quickly look at any evidence that might exist of wrongdoings and more. Or begrudgingly take some action if the pot is going to boil over whilst claiming it is an isolated incident. I mean take the child rape cases in a northern town. You couldn't blame mental illness on 20+ "British citizens" could you... even if you must be a mental case to want to have sex with a clear underage child, perhaps drunk or on drugs too. I mean, to put it bluntly, if that was MY option for sex, I'd rather use my right hand and think about something legal instead.

Where are all the voices and men and women, with some spine ---

..The US did it as they had Donald Trump who risked his life and survived 3 attempted assasinations.--should this not ring a bell as to the power of the Deep State --

Is it not clear yet what those sitting in Downing Street represent ?

We, like the U.S, need a champion. The States have got Trump. What have we got ? That great visionary of our times Starmer. R.I.P Uk.

Well done, Dan, and very well done, Mark Heath! This should NEVER have happened in England. NEVER.

There HAS to be change in the UK. At the risk of sounding exactly like a million others I find it impossible to accept the appalling changes that have been inflicted on England in recent decades. This Labour government is completely beyond the pale. My belief is that they know already about their profound unpopularity and that they will not be re-elected in the foreseeable future. Consequently, they are intending to inflict as much damage as they can during their tenure in office. They have no reservations about pulling back the curtain that before the election concealed the darkness of their true nature and intentions.

It is England and Wales Law. …. Wales has its own Parliament but such is a secondary in the scheme of things. England and Wales remain joined on Law and Judiciary.

Re the “Free All Political Prisoners’ banner in this post, would it be useful for a list of them to be produced, maintained, and publicised? (Perhaps I should ask Amnesty International — just joking!)
